Offers live, interactive webinars for budding web designers. They also have a                                       video training library which their member have access to.



Weebly help centre

This offers assistance for beginners about first steps to creating their website,                                       how to adding text, photos, extra pages, etc as well as offering training webcasts.                                            


Webmonkey   

This site provides tutorials, cheat sheets, colour charts and scripts and templates that                           can be used to create a website.


Free technology for teachers

This is a resource written by Richard Byrne who has created (among                                                     other things) a list of free services for creating websites and simple                                                       webpages for those who do not have the time or expertise to build a                                                     webpage from scratch. Great for teachers.


Newspaper resource sites

Examples of these include Echo which is a newspaper index and database                                             of current issues presented in the media and Newsbank which is a                                                         database of full-text newspaper articles from The Age, Herald Sun and                                                   The Australian.
